Project: DoubleBack — A Discussion on Work Culture and Representation Event Posters

Objective: Design promotionals poster for an event presented by FIR NW & We Are Next, hosted by Wieden + Kennedy, Portland.

This event was organized to further the conversation to actionable strategies for increasing diversity in the advertising industry.
DoubleBack thus named because the conversation we wanted to have was going back and continuing the conversation held the previous year on underrepresentation in the advertising industry. Our goal then was to move forward the conversation to how can we create change.
I created these two art posters, each representing DoubleBack in unique ways. The first poster represents taking on a new perspective of the world around us in order to create change.The second represents rewinding a cassette tape back in the conversation to find the place we left off at in the previous event.
